This year we have themed Gurpurab around the universe. Gurpreet Singh and I have been talking to the children about shabad’s that talk about the universe, the stars, sun, moon and planets. AND THERE ARE LOTS!

It’s been really lovely spending time with the children and sharing the knowledge we have about the big bang and how Sikhi and science are so interlinked!

I have created some worksheets for the children and we have really enjoyed doing them together with the younger ones but also, having deeper conversations with MK as her understanding is a little more developed.
